Lifetime Sterling’s Return

We offer you a no hassle return policy. If you don't like it or want it, we'll take it back, no questions asked!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused item or items within ninety (90) days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Sale and clearance merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. Made to order items are not returnable unless there are manufacturing defects.

The only items excluded from this return policy are monogrammed pieces and used items, which are not returnable.

How to return items

Refunds are available when the original invoice accompanies the return of items with their original packaging and in a new, unused condition. To return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and return via UPS Ground or insured parcel post. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Please contact customer service to request a return authorization prior to sending back a return. This will ensure timely processing and resolution for the credit, refund or exchange. Please note that returns made without a Lifetime Sterling return authorization may either be refused or delayed in processing a credit to your original payment method account.

Exchanges

Exchanges cannot be processed online or by mail. Please return the merchandise for credit and place a new order. If you need assistance, click here for customer service.
